Abstract:
Fiction can be used as a support for learning the sciences of organizations. It presents an exemplary side, and an ability to produce shared representations between teachers and students. The pedagogical device of the "Novel of which you are the hero" allows students to experience complex situations through fic¬tions written by them. This device is based on the decontextualization provided by the writing of fiction. And, it gives rise to the experience of a very important variety of organizational situations by the students.
