Abstract: It is legitimate to wonder how the public health policies of the last few decades have all, or almost all, contributed to the dete- rioration of the working conditions of the staff and the reception of the patients, under cover of fine speeches and good graphics. They seem to be impregnated with a managerial logic that subjects indi- viduals to an imaginary world, and fit strangely well with a certain positivist allopathic approach to care.
