Abstract:
Since the first version of ISO 9000 from 1987 through the other two revisions in 1994 and 2000 to the current 2008 version, company certification to this standard has experienced an upward trend in terms of number of certificates issued by certifiers. This is a verifiable fact just looking at the figure from the ISO organization that stabilizes late December to 1,111,698 certificates issued in 180 countries. A growth from 1993 to 2011 of 2,387%. But what about the impact of these certifications on business performance especially in the case of Algerian certified companies (Wilaya de Bejaia). Given the lack of consensus
