Abstract: Starting from the principle of stakeholder involvement in quality processes in companies contained in the ISO 9000: 2008 standard, this article discusses alliance and power quality system (QMS) games by highlighting the predominant weight of each actor in the exercise of appropriation of the quality approach of 20 certified companies of the wilaya of Bejaia (Algeria). Certainly, there are very positive convergences but also divergences. The ideal is to arrive at a voluntary involvement of the actors in the establishment and development of a QMS according to the ISO 9001: 2008 standard. But also, a fairly positive interaction and a mutually beneficial relationship with all quality actors.
