Abstract:
Food Systems of the Middle– SYAM offer a field of study enabling several theoretical concepts. This research will introduce SYAM as a study framework in management science. The objective of the research will be through an actor-network approach (Callon, 1986) and (Callon & Latour, 2013), and the management situation (Journé & Raulet-Croset, 2008) to study how heterogeneous actors and to identify how skills management is put in place and how does it contribute to the emergence of a SYAM in a context of pre-existing asymmetrical relationships. The realization of this comprehensive qualitative research will mobilize several theories, notions and approaches in particular, the food systems of the environment (Chazoule et al., 2018) and (Brives et al., 2017), meta-organizations (Gulati et al., 2012 ) , the management of collective skills (Defélix & Picq, 2013) (Defélix & Sanséau, 2017) (Mazzilli, 2016).
