Abstract:
When we look at the case "Faber-Danone", very little analysis has been explicitly undertaken regarding the corporate identity of Danone and the leadership of Emmanuel Faber. After having laid the groundwork for the diagnosis of the Danone corporate identity and the leadership style of its CEO, we propose to analyse the construction and the influence of what might be called "the promise of Emmanuel Faber".
