Abstract: In order to study managerial practices influenced by religious beliefs, we focus here in businesses belonging to a Catholic-inspired network claiming to be characterised by a "culture of giving" that we analyse from the perspective of organizational culture. Through the practices implemented and what employees perceive in seven companies in seven countries, we highlight how giving is both a principle and an end in itself and how it influences their management style. The key variable here is the anthropology common to these companies. In this way, we show how the relationship between religion and management is a relationship of mutual fertilization.
