Abstract:
Advances in computer science and cryptography have led to radical innovations, allowing transactions to be validated outside traditional networks. Following the creation of bitcoin, launched in a context of crisis of legitimacy of the banking system, alternative payment networks are now giving rise to projects by large digital companies, but also by central banks. We examine these projects through an institutional approach in terms of trust.
