Abstract:
Frequently used in corporate communications, the notion of sustainable development remains complex for consumers. The main objective of this article is to investigate their representations. Results highlight some differences with institutional definitions, the existence of paradoxical views and evolutions in the space of 5 years. Some recommendations are suggested to improve the persuasiveness of corporate communications.
