Abstract:
Given the development of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions based on Artificial Intelligence, the current objective of Allianz France's Flow Department is to improve the automatic recognition of its incoming documentary flows. Their aim is to answer the following question: how to evaluate the benefits of these emerging technologies by taking into account its specific context and their implementation challenges? This case study leads to analyze the challenges and opportunities of the RPA's technological evolutions and to propose ways to improve the document process management.
