Abstract: This article sheds light on the ambivalent dimension of the development of the use of Organizational Technologies by showing that it falls within the register of psychic causality. In this regard, it shows that this development finds its root causes in the hold of the asemantic signifier generated by the generalized phenomenon of the digitization of the economy and social activities.
