Abstract:
To understand the changes taking place in current models and to meet societal and environmental expectations, the field of agricultural and rural entrepreneurship is trying to renew its theoretical roots, its empirical approaches and its methods of analysis. At the crossroads of an academic discipline, a geographical scale (territory) and an object of analysis (agriculture/rural), the development of research issues' are important, for relevant analyzes of food systems.
