Abstract:
The current trend is to define the raison d'être of companies as a follow-up to the incentives of the Pact Law and thus give impetus to corporate social responsibility. However, the raison d'être evokes a subject more internal to the organization. The objective of this paper is to show the path leading to the expression of a raison d'être based on organizational identity. The methodology consists of observing this process from four interventions of a specialised consultant to the reactions of the intra-company teams. This in-depth work carried out within organizations enables employees to be involved and to achieve an alignment between strategy and identity.
