Abstract: Philosophy or injunction? Interprofessional collaboration is omnipresent in organizations and represents a daily challenge. Therefore, in a complex, demanding, constantly evolving environment, what can its added value be in the face of the many challenges of today and tomorrow? In this article, based on a review of the literature, we propose to clarify this concept, its challenges in the hospital sector, and the emerging questions regarding its implementation.
