Abstract:
The landscape of organizations has been crossed, for some years now, by challenges linked to data and technologies (AI. Big data, Internet of things...) and the field of human resources is not left out. The objective of this article is to review the literature on the digital transformation of human resources. Our analysis is based on a bibliometric analysis of 495 articles published between 2015 and 2022 in generalist academic journals, as well as journals specialising in strategy and human resources management. Our contribution is based on an identification of the most frequently quoted themes in the literature, the areas of research influence and the specialised journals dealing with our subject. The results highlight the topics that are most dealt with in the literature and offer perspectives for new research investigations, particularly on the digital transformation of human resources.
