Abstract:
This conference entitled "The competitiveness of the European and French dairy industry" was held within the framework of a conference organized by the Centre National Interprofessionnel de l'Economie Laitière (CNIEL): "Challenge France Terre de lait". It was structured around the following two parts: 1) prices, demand, supply and trade of dairy products; 2) dairy farms in France.
