Abstract:
This conference entitled "The Common Agricultural Policy (CAP): history and stakes of the successive reforms" was held as part of a day organized by the Institut de l'Elevage (IDELE): "the CAP in all its states". It was structured around the following four parts: 1) The objectives and principles of the CAP: has been or not? 2) The first steps of the CAP (1962-1992): between successes and dysfunctions; 3) The reforms of the CAP since 1992: a transformation in small steps; 4) The CAP 2023-2027: continuity or rupture?
