Abstract:
This article aims to understand how to articulate HRM and innovation in SMEs through the theory of gift-exchange. Based on a multi-level approach, we investigate this relationship. We carried out a longitudinal and exploratory study in an innovative SME. The result reveal different HR practices used at individual, collective and organizational level.
