Abstract: Faced with climate urgency and the #Flygskam phenomenon specifically, concept of environmental sensitivity (ES) evolved. A qualitative phase enabled the development of a new ES scale. This scale was subsequently validated in a quantitative phase. The outcome extends the concept of environmental sensitivity and enriches it with more emotional dimensions.
