Abstract: This research is an opportunity for us to examine the firm's ability to adapt to its environment. Specifically, we are looking at the elements that give it a competitive advantage in the marketplace. To this end, three concepts are mobilized: cooperation, innovation and knowledge absorption capacity as organizational learning. In order to measure organizational learning concepts (according to the definition of absorptive capacity proposed by Lane et al, 2006) and innovation (referring to the four factors highlighted by Beylat et al, 2013) we have mobilized various SESSI surveys. Our results show that cooperation, organizational learning and innovation are vectors of the firm's competitive advantage.
