Abstract:
The knowledge-based approach to innovation makes possible to consider the proximities between companies from the original angle of knowledge rather than from the angle of the industrial sector, which is too restrictive to study defense. Indeed, the production of armaments is diverse, ranging from ships and submarines to missiles and satellites.
