Abstract:
If we compare the ideas of « social finance » and « territory », some commons points appear which lead us to develop a new concept as "territorial social finance". The new concept integrates the ability of "social finance" to make sense in a built territory. By using the concept of geographical and organised proximity, it is possible to interpret several types of coordination as partnership or cooperation between local agents. Then "social finance" is a relevant tool in the process of territoralization of the capital in response to the globalization of the capitalism.
