Abstract:
The purpose of this article is to examine the impact of the rise of Industry 4.0 on the servitization of industry. This article is based on qualitative research in the aviation, automotive, and healthcare industries. The literature reviewed provided concepts and theoretical background for the research to introduce a new framework. This framework is then validated by collecting primary data from experts in the selected sectors.
