Abstract: This communication focuses on an innovative pedagogical practice within the framework of a master's degree in management organized in the form of sandwich. courses. It is indeed a question of contractualizing the performance of management education between the various stakeholders involved by going beyond the student, the apprenticeship masters and the university tutors. Interactive pedagogy by project consists in fact of involving all the actors in an intervention-research intended to build a socio-economic commercial action plan. This work is formalized in the master's thesis and its purpose is to formalize the current and potential performance of the action plan, by explaining the visible and hidden costs and performance of the commercial action plan as well as the positive impacts for each actor: students, company staff, company management, customers and the natural environment.
