Abstract:
As trust has already appeared as a key concept in the understanding of buyer-seller relationships, the objective of this paper will be to draw a framework that will help to fill the lack of a dynamic classification of trust antecedents. In the opening part of the paper. the authors try to assess the trust dynamic and then, after having presented the determinants identified by the researchers, they offer a hypothetical classification of trust that encompasses the time dimension.
