Abstract: The multiple techniques or organisational innovations, in the companies, did not produce all the expected effects yet. In this context, this paper first of all aims at answering the following question: Which are today the new strategic objectives of the company, to succeed in being innovating? Thereafter we want to clarify the concept of innovating design. Then we will identify the stages of the process of innovating design and we will propose a system to evaluate its performance. We also analyze the activities of the actors, the management of their competences and the knowledge capitalization process. Finally we propose a product-process-knowledge integrated model which makes possible to take into account the four processes simultaneously: design, management, evaluation and knowledge management.
