Abstract: Since we need to achieve development in order to enter the chain of powerful countries in the world, and one of the main indicators of development and achieving sustainable development in today's world is that countries have reliable infrastructures and rely on infrastructure facilities and mother industries, so the first step in Achieving this goal is the completion of the country's infrastructure facilities. Since the two categories of technical knowledge and financing are two important wings and in fact the bottleneck of achieving the development of our beloved country, and we are aware of the fact that especially financing to complete the aforementioned infrastructures puts unbearable financial pressures on the government, which practically It may cause silence or delay the first step in the path of achieving development. The purpose of this research is that by using the types of contracts, examining their different methods and finally selecting one or more of them from the employer's point of view, in order to complete the country's infrastructure projects, it has not only prevented the mentioned projects from remaining silent, but also the important challenge of securing liquidity. and minimize the necessary technical knowledge for the government and set criteria for domestic or foreign contractors who are qualified to do this. The necessary information to conduct this research was collected using available databases and resources (books, articles, etc.) and the research method in this research is applied and the method of obtaining data is descriptive.
