Abstract:
In the sixties, the access and the circulation is done by a unique direction allowing to park in front of his yacht or to benefit from two car parks with prohibitive parking prices. The flow of tourists and vehicles pass in front of luxury shops. The marina also offers luxury hotels or apartments in the back yard interspersed with private clubs. A marina and a nightlife more shopping melt a particular identity in connection with hedonistic aspirations that allow many locals to live luxury tourism and golf-related activities. The marina of Marbella has many amenities with a strategy controlling the flow of tourists and visitors crested by two main entrances strongly resembling a closed community. The strategy is to offer pitches and equipment that meet the requirements of yacht owners, by providing boat moorings, close to luxury service and logistic.
