Abstract: The purpose of this research is to analyze the application cartography of companies according to their strategic orientation. The typology of Miles and Snow (1978) was adopted for detecting the strategic configuration of companies. The data collection is made with 102 Tunisian industrial companies. The results show that the prospectors have a better technological position than analyzers and defenders.
