Abstract: In the context of the health crisis, educational institutions in France have generally adapted in a sequential and sometimes erratic manner. Universities were quickly able to organize themselves and propose protocols that limited the number of face-to-face sessions while attempting to guarantee the essential elements of learning, thanks in particular to digital technology. This contribution proposes a analysis of the official decisions, announced by the President of the Republic and applied to the higher education institutions by way of ministerial circulars, with the decisions and adaptations implemented within a university, from a consideration of the feelings and opinions of the students.
