Abstract:
This article focuses on the study of a territorial revitalization project in the Gravona valley in Corsica. Our work seeks to understand how an ecosystem of public, private and associative actors can emerge and create territorial value in rural areas. Following a problematized narration of the intervention carried out by one of the authors in this project, we show the genesis of a "territorial ecosystem", and characterize the specificities of this concept in terms of composition, targets, emergence process and governance. Finally, this study determines how this type of ecosystem can contribute to creating territorial value in order to revitalize local economies.
