Abstract: Le contexte général de ce papier est la planification stratégique des entrepôts. Il s'agit de prévoir l'évolution de l'entrepôt en fonction d'objectifs et d'enjeux liés généralement à l'évolution du marché et de l'environnement. La planification passe par la maîtrise des conséquences des choix effectués, mais également leurs interactions. Pour motiver et justifier des choix technologiques prévisionnels, il est crucial d'identifier et de comprendre les règles de conception souvent contradictoires. Il y a un problème lorsqu'il y a contradiction. Pour soutenir la planification stratégique, l'aide à la décision proposée dans ce papier consiste à extraire et formaliser l'ensemble des problèmes sous forme de règles de conception contradictoires.
