De la difficulté de caractériser la portée sociale des actions menées

Abstract:
When questioned on this subject, the heads of sports endowment funds mention the difficulty of assessing the social impact of the various projects. While this is obviously not unique to sport, it does illustrate the complexity of defining and monitoring quantitative criteria to measure the social benefit provided. But, given the very definition of the social and solidarity-based act to which each project supported by the funds relates, is it really relevant to try to assess the societal impact of individual actions?
