Abstract: territory zero-long-term-unemployment is an innovative and complex project that challenges common myths about unemployment. It is inspired by the theory of the State as "employer of last resort", encourages the emergence of numerous "micro-initiatives" in the areas concerned, and above all relies on time, an essential resource for achieving its objectives.
