Abstract: In this world, often described as VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous), companies face multiple challenges. In this article, we will study how the Inditex group, often referred to for its contribution to the globalisation and standardisation of fashion, has become an economic reference in Spain and internationally in the textile sector by building its entire business model around supply chain methods. We will also explain how Inditex is organising itself to meet the ultimate change imposed by the consumer: to place its organisation in a BtoC logic based once again on a supply chain that is rethinking itself, going through the crises, while evolving toward greater agility and sustainability.
