Abstract:
The regeneration of European and Mediterranean peripheries through the landscape process is clearly constitutive and distributive of a new management of the development project within the works and town planning teams as well as political actors. Thinking about the city through the landscape and the resilience of peripheral territories degraded by landscape and ecological town planning implies taking into account the urban risks present while working on the large scales of the territory. Infrastructure becomes a way of thinking about the c ity and its coastline to resolve the problems of landscape and social divides; we will highlight as a work of art the example of the photovoltaic panel in the Forum space guiding the eye in Barcelona. It even becomes a work of art and attracts the attentio n of tourists, investors and citizens, as with the photovoltaic panel in the Forum space in Barcelona. Shared landscape but above all landscape including polyfunctionality and large scale management of a new metropolitan urban park through the play of pano ramas, sustainable engineering and technique and general public pedagogy / participatory democracy. The Forum operation is seen as a public space struggling to find legitimacy unlike the new green network of Besós acclaimed by the entire population. Howeve r, landscape perceptions must be understood and analyzed in the long term like the new silhouette of the city along its symbolic coastline and new beach s . In essence, it analyzes a changing cultural landscape as a metaphor for globalization and adaptation to new leisure and business tourism. The "great landscape" is Force.
