Abstract:
The gendered budget or gender-sensitive budget, which consists of implementing analytical budgeting of the direct and indirect consequences of public expenditure and revenue on the situations of women and men, occupies a relatively growing place in French public financial law. This diversified practice, of which it is possible to establish a typology making it possible to shed light in particular on the practice of several French local authorities, would however deserve to be better supervised to see its usefulness reinforced.
