Abstract: The research conducted was an international systematic literature review (SLR) on the subject of organizational inclusion of workers with disabilities. Based on the selection of 32 research articles resulting from a systematic analysis of three databases, the SLR identified several variables related to inclusion, such as organizational practices, organizational support, organizational culture and climate, anti-discrimination, the existence of a supportive inclusive leadership, and person-job fit. Articles were selected using a methodology specific to RSL. The articles were then prioritized and analyzed in relation to the underlying academic literature. In this way, the research carried out highlighted key variables linked to the organizational inclusion of people with disabilities, in an academic context where studies are either rare or univariate, but also in a professional context where people with disabilities are twice as often unemployed as the average employee. Finally, the research analyzed shows how these variables can be of interest to managers or human resources managers when implementing an adapted HR policy.
