Abstract: This research proposes to study the impacts of digital intermediation within supply chains. In a context of strong digitalization, characterized by issues of hypercompetition, globalization, and increased customer demands for control and transparency of flows, supply chains are experiencing the emergence of specific actors, digital service companies, which may alter the dynamics of intermediation. The question of intermediation, posed in this research, is examined through the use of the logistical intermediation analysis framework of Fulconis and Roveillo (2017), revisited. A conceptual model is proposed for future research on the impact of digitalization within supply chains.
