Abstract:
Based on the case of La Friche la Belle de Mai, a Third Place with a cultural, artistic and social dimension, we mobilise the theory of dynamic capacities to analyse the potential for development of Cultural Third Places through organisational revitalisation. The research reveals the microfoundations necessary to build new dynamic capacities in a transformative organisational process.
