Abstract:
The influence of academic doctrine in public finance was decisive in the renewal of public financial law. Two priorities have emerged over the past 40 years. On the one hand, the constitutionalization of public finances and on the other hand, the consolidation of good management of public finances, the rhetoric of which seems to blend into the nets of new public management.
