Abstract: This research aims to develop and validate a framework of the SMEs' Corporate Social Performance (CSP). In addition to conventional representations of the concept, this framework is divided into three dimensions: normative (principles), organizational (actors) and instrumental (instruments). Our study showed that CSP in SMEs is a process driven by the principles of responsibility and supported by social instruments.
