Abstract: After several decades of reluctance to develop telecommuting in French companies, this work organization method has become a commonplace practice, much appreciated by employees. The health crisis linked to the Covid-19 epidemic was at the origin of this development, which turned telecommuting from an epi- phenomenon into a social phenomenon.
