Abstract:
Based on the interdisciplinary nature of resilience, this book aims to allow the various authors to present their research and share their experiences in crisis management and resilience through the following questioning: Is the crisis the embryo of a renewal? How is this shock explained in individuals and how is it reflected in organizations? Who are the new management models and innovative practices that enable organizations to cope in crisis situations? What new way of looking at resilience allows us to focus on the functioning of organizations? What are the modes of crisis management including the «resilience» dimension? What are the solutions and avenues of research to move from a fragile organization to a resilient one? How can we explore various disciplinary fields to provide innovative solutions to cope to situations of crisis and uncertainty and thus strengthen the resilience of an organization?...
