Abstract:
This current research aims to conceptualize the awareness developed by digital users regarding the environmental issues of the digital equipment and services that they use in the professional context. The developed notion of Green IT awareness is compared to organizational maturity in terms of Green IT to propose an actionable analysis framework combining individual and organizational levels of analysis. The research system is presented to be able to test this framework with a large panel of users working in all types of organization.
