Abstract: The globalization of exchanges characterized by a massification of flows has upset the food industry, in particular the Food Supply Chains (FSC). They must meet increasingly stringent consumer demands in terms of product quality, safety and sustainability. The question is how this sector responds. In line with the related interest of Management Sciences and the lack of quantitative analyses, the aim is to propose a bibliometric analysis of FSC and their evolution since the COVID-19 changeover. In particular, the results show a significant increase in Management literature dealing with FSC, especially between 2020 and 2022. Keyword co-occurrences show the emergence of themes around digitalization and the three principles of sustainable development. Finally, the analysis details how the managerial literature on FSC is inspired by the theoretical foundations of Economics and Management Sciences. These results highlight the evolution of the industry in sync with the new societal challenges.
