Abstract: This paper examines the relationship between the collective organizational body in the context of work from anywhere (WFA), focusing on its sensitive dimension. Using the constitutive communication of organizations (CCO) approach, the research questions the place of bodies and communicational dynamics as the foundations of organizations. The methodology adopts an organizational ethnography, including 54 interviews and shadowing, to better understand the lived practices of people working remotely.
