Abstract: The network is a form of organization that promotes the formation of skills. To support our thesis, we will present the Maghtech case and we will expose the contributions of scientific work over period of the 1990s. Maghtech fonds its place within the Maghreb thanks to its targeted actions which tries to fill the weak coordination between the researchers of the advanced countries and the courtries in the process of development.
