Abstract: Our contribution deals with risk management in the context of the development of a CSR and sustainable development policy in the territory of New Aquitaine. Our single case study approach conducted in an association in the health sector shows that the territories are implementing CSR/SD approaches, i.e. Social Responsibility of the Territories of Sustainable Development. The commitment to preserve the environment, respect the legal framework and preserve our values cannot be achieved without good governance, social performance and the implementation of sustainable development logics. The article proposes a model for steering RST/DD that integrates all stakeholders, the 3 issues (economic, legal and moral) based on 3 pillars (governance, social and environmental performance). These approaches make it possible to limit the risks related to energy consumption, quality of life at work and waste management.
