Abstract: This special issue focuses on a specific sector of business activity which has been under great pressure during COVID pandemic, and which has led an entrepreneurial revolution. We thank all companies in healthcare services which save lives and make our lives better daily. Whilst in this Special Issue we could only highlight a limited number of issues, and we hope that articles in this special issue will raise awareness and offer opportunities for further contributions in this emerging field. We also thank the University of Napoli Parthenope (Italy) and, the VIMASS Research Lab for sponsoring and hosting the PDW event connected with this special issue attracting more than 30 participants and both online and in person attendance.
